Future Ready

Our fully funded Future Ready programme is designed for Year 10-13 students, providing a blend of wellbeing support and guidance on post-16/18 options to help them thrive.

We aim to support:

• Students with below-average attendance.
• Young people electively educated at home or whose parents/carers are considering this.
• Those at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment, or training) after leaving school

Over six weeks, students will work with a dedicated Young Person’s Advisor through tailored 1-1 or group sessions. Together, they’ll focus on wellbeing, building skills, and identifying opportunities in training, education, or employment. Our programme helps young people regain focus, develop valuable skills, and achieve their aspirations.
