Our Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) service offers comprehensive, impartial support to help young people aged 13-19 (25 with SEND) make informed decisions about their future.

• Young people engaging with Essex Youth Service
• Partner agencies, employers, schools, and colleges

Our Services Include

• Confidential and impartial advice on education, training, and career options
• Personal development support, including written resources on opportunities
• Assistance for young people with disabilities or additional needs
• Telephone and internet services for advice and referrals to other agencies
