Rachel's next Drop-In dates and details are listed below. No appointment needed, just drop-in to discuss options and provision in your local area. If the drop-in is busy, there might be a short wait.

Rachel will be at Chelmergate Youth Centre, Chelsmford - 9:30am to 12:30pm every Monday.

Nicola will be at Chapel Hill Youth Centre, Braintree - 9am - 12pm every Wednesday.

WS Training
New supported learning centre opening in Haverhill.

Nova Training
Nova Training have now re opened their study centre in Colchester and are open to referrals again.  They offer English and Maths up to Level 1, 2 or GCSE if needed, as well as Functional ICT.  Their programmes offers 16-18-year olds the opportunity to gain work experience, apprenticeship opportunities and support into employment. If you are not in employment, education or training and would like to be referred please let us know.

Wilderness Foundation
Brave Futures, a nature-based group therapy programme funded by Braintree Council and Eastlight Community Fund, has been set up to support residents in Braintree District who have experienced grief, trauma, addictions, social isolation, anxiety and depression which has affected their mental health and wellbeing. With our team of expert outdoor group therapists, we have a style of working that offers therapy, tools and strategies for managing trauma, grief, relationships, boundaries, self-care, communication and emotional control, mixed with a range of activities. Activities are varied and include bushcraft, camp cooking, walking, foraging, nature art and craft work for one day a week for 8 weeks. 
Next available programme in Braintree starts: 12 May, 29 September, 1 October 2025

Out There Wilderness Academy - In small groups students engage in hands-on activities that challenge their minds, develop their social skills, and feed their emotional needs. The programme designed for 13-15 years old to come to our site (Chatham Green, CM3 3FE) for 1 day a week for 6 weeks.

Inspire Wellbeing offers free in-person and virtual counselling to young people, aged 10-25 in Suffolk and North & Mid Essex, who need someone to talk to.
